 Chapel
Services at Simmons College of Kentucky are held twice every Tuesday at noon
and 7 p.m. during the Fall and Spring Semesters. All students are required
to attend chapel services.
Simmons College of Kentucky recognizes her function as an institution on
higher learning, yet she maintains a commitment to the spiritual growth
of her students. With this in mind, the administration strongly
urges faculty, as well as students, to attend Chapel Services. Students are accounted for by sign-in sheets and are penalized by having
points subtracted from their grade point averages after three un-excused
absences. Excuses must be cleared through the office of the President, Dean
or the Dean’s Assistant.
