Diplomas are mailed after graduation
The diploma will be mailed to you at the address listed on your Application for Graduation. However, if the address to which the diploma is to be mailed has changed since filing the graduation application, please update the diploma address immediately by emailing Dr. Samantha Betton via sbetton@simmonscollegeky.edu. Diplomas for graduates will be mailed approximately 3-6 weeks following commencement.
Please ensure that all obligations, such as the return of books to the library and arrangements for repayment of loans, have been fulfilled prior to leaving the campus. Final transcripts and diplomas will not be issued to students with outstanding obligations.

You are one step closer to graduating, and we are so excited to celebrate your accomplishments! The Simmons Commencement Fair is a convenient, all-in-one event that provides you with everything you need for graduation.
This event is highly encouraged, as you will have a chance to:
- Obtain your graduation announcements
- Get measured and order your cap and gown
- Take a complimentary graduation photo
- Learn about opportunities to get involved with the Alumni Association
Most importantly, you'll be able to network with hiring employers to take the next step in your career path. FREE lunch will be provided, and each graduate who joins the Alumni Association will be entered into a raffle!

Where do I pick up my cap and gown (regalia)?
Information regarding cap and gown pickup forthcoming. All graduates will receive an email from Mr. McDaniel.
Where do I park?
Parking for St. Stephen Church is available in the front of the church at the 15th Street Lot and to the South side of the church on Prentice Street. There is additional parking available in the Family Life Center Lot located just North of the Family Life Center building.
